Dr. Dovilė Sagatienė presented the paper titled „Unpacking Baltic memory legislation: methodological approaches to legal constructs of collective memory“ and stressed, that all types of Baltic memory laws can be analysed from the methodological perspective, as one of the sources, where ‘memory can be found’ and addressed the question of what is the link between law (legal field) and memory studies (does legislation creates original memory or only reflects it?).
