Dr. Dovilė Sagatienė presented during the in person convention in New York, Columbia University, organized by the Association for the Studies of Nationalities (ASN)
On May 19, 2023 Dr. Dovilė Sagatienė presented on memory wars in the Baltic states on the eve of Russian invasion of Ukraine at ASN World Convention, which is back to in person mode since 2020 (https://nationalities.org/convention/2023-convention/).
Her presentation was based on the report being prepared under the MEMOCRACY project on memory laws in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The event brought together more than 600 scholars from many different disciplines (including history, law, memory studies and political science) to discuss issues of Nationalities.
