On March 25th at the Lithuanian National Library Dr. Dovilė Sagatienė
presented a scientific report that provides a detailed overview of memory
regulation models in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania since 1990, challenges in
implementing certain legal acts and the significance of memory laws for
European memory policy and regional stability in the future after the war.
The event was moderated by Prof. Dr. Tomas Janeliūnas.
