On June 29th, Dr. Uladzislau Belavusau presented as part of a paper panel focused on ‘Regional and Global Sources of Authoritarianism and Democracy’. During the panel, Dr. Uladzislau reflected on ‘Mnemonic Constitutionalism and Future of Democracy in Central and Eastern Europe’. Whilst Dr. Aleksandra Gliszczyńska-Grabias participated in a roundtable which delved into the timely question of ‘Polexit: When and How, If at All?’.
