Prof. Maria Mälksoo presented her paper ‘Agents of Deterrence: The Baltic Politics of Post-War Accountability for Russia’ at the 120th Annual Meeting of the American Political Science Association (APSA) in Philadelphia, USA on 5-8 September 2024. She also presented work in progress and served as a discussant at the book roundtable dedicated to Peace and the Politics of Memory (by Johanna Mannergren, Annika Björkdahl, Susanne Buckley-Zistel, Stefanie Kappler and Timothy Williams, Manchester University Press, 2024) at the Pan-European Conference of the European International Studies Association (EISA), held at the Université Catholique de Lille on 28-31 August 2024.
